The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this Web site as well as all transactions conducted through the site.

  • Shipping & Delivery
  • At this time, Wild Bird Supply Center ships merchandise to locations only within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, and Hawaii.  When we give the merchandise to the shipping carrier, the risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you.  We use FedEx, UPS or USPS to ship items to US addresses. Items may be shipped directly from the warehouse. We will do everything in our power to make sure you receive your purchase in perfect shape and in a timely manner.  Please see our return policy.

    At this time, due to conditions beyond my control, I am unable to ship to Canada using the rates provided.  If my Canadian customers are interested in receiving a shipping quote using the USPS, I will be happy to provide one.  A necessary $10 handling fee will be included on items less than $65.  Canadian customers, please use our Contact Us form or email us at service@wildbirdsupplycenter.com.

     



  • Sales Tax
  • Wild Bird Supply Center charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.  Currently we only collect sales taxes for the State of Missouri, USA.



  • Return Policy
  • Errors can always happen, but we will try our best to make sure what we ship to you is what you ordered.  If you do receive a damaged, broken or defective item, contact us immediately (within 5 days of receipt) with a detailed description of what is wrong. We will need to determine if it was hidden damage from the manufacture, damaged in shipping, or inadequate packaging.  If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, let us know if you want a return or exchange.  A new item will be shipped at no expense to you for an exchange.  You must hold onto any damaged items for at least 9 business days after you contact us, in case we issue a pickup request to satisfy the shipper's regulations.  If you return an item for any reason other than already mentioned, it must be in re-stockable condition, and you will be responsible for the cost of the return.  We will refund your money for the item only. All returns must include a return authorization number.

Wild Bird Supply Center and the advertisers each reserve the right to limit the provision of their products or services to any person, geographic area, or jurisdiction they so desire and to limit the quantities of any products or services that they provide.  Currently we ship to only US addresses.
