This feeder is specially designed for Woodpeckers! It allows woodpeckers and other clinging birds to feed, but keeps other birds out. The side has an adequate area for the Woodpecker to prop their tail. Easily loads from the top. Made of inlaid cedar using Zinc-Chromate plated screws that provide a more sturdy, longer lasting feeder than one assembled with nails. These screws will not "bleed" leaving unattractive stains below. This feeder can be easily hung or pole-mounted.
